Bluby AI estimates and health disclaimer
Bluby AI uses automated analysis to estimate food items, calories, macronutrients, and related nutrition information. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your personal needs. Bluby AI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional diet planning. Consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.
App Store purchases
If a TJG Digital product offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases through the App Store, billing is handled by Apple under your Apple ID. Cancellations, renewals, and refund requests are managed through Apple unless otherwise stated in the app.
Apple standard EULA
Apps distributed through the App Store are licensed, not sold. Unless a separate end user license agreement is provided inside the app or product listing, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies to App Store downloads.
Product availability
Product availability, supported platforms, features, pricing, and integrations may change as we continue development. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for reliability, safety, legal compliance, or product direction.
No warranty
Products and website content are provided as available. We work to keep them reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TJG Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product use, inability to use a product, or reliance on automated estimates or generated outputs.
